In order to offer its clients an even better service, EPMC has joined the worldwide organisation "Colliers International". Colliers International has been one of the world’s leading providers of real estate advisory and transactional services for a long while.
Founded in 1974, it spent the next quarter of a century and more expanding from its origins in Australia across six continents. As a result, there are very few countries or major cities in the world where you won’t now find a Colliers office. And the expansion continues.
But it’s not simply Colliers’ global coverage that matters to our clients. Nor even the breadth of services provided through almost 250 offices in more than 50 countries. With this new transaction at the Airport Plaza, Colliers International has finalized one of its major transactions in the periphery of Brussels, just a few months after its successful deal with Toyota Belgium in the Cluster Park in Zaventem.
RICS is the world's leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction.
Essent, a big enery supplier, has opted together with Colliers International to rent the entire 'The Everest' buidling in Kontich. This was done after a thorough analysis of the Antwerp office market.
