After a long process of obtaining the necessary permits, MediaMarkt opened its 15th Belgian store on the 28th of September 2011. MediaMarkt Schoten is located alongside the Bredabaan in the north of Antwerp.
Colliers International negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. MediaMarkt occupies 4.620 sqm. GLA, of which approx. 3.175 sqm. retail space. The glass cube at the complex, has been let for publicitary purposes.
With this new transaction at the Airport Plaza, Colliers International has finalized one of its major transactions in the periphery of Brussels, just a few months after its successful deal with Toyota Belgium in the Cluster Park in Zaventem.

Essent, a big enery supplier, has opted together with Colliers International to rent the entire 'The Everest' buidling in Kontich. This was done after a thorough analysis of the Antwerp office market.
